Importance of a good management team
As we mentioned earlier this week, Catherine is starting an HR course. She hopes to further enhance her many skills, including people-management, decision-making, organisational skills, amongst others.
This does lead to an important topic, that being the importance of a good management team. It is crucial for an organisation like Hudson Blake, to have strong foundations in place regarding the management of its members. It encourages productivity and motivation amongst employees, which in turn has a positive impact on the organisation’s success. It also improves the way the organisation is viewed externally, which can help when recruiting or when attracting new clients.
